本系列收集了自控儀表管路系統(tǒng)中各種連接形式和結(jié)構(gòu)式管接頭、短節(jié)、管嘴、轉(zhuǎn)管接頭溫度計套管等產(chǎn)品，品種多、規(guī)格全，適用廣，是管路中必不可少的連接件。連接頭YZG11系列又稱管嘴，實質(zhì)上是溫度計的一次部件，也稱為溫度計接頭或溫度計凸臺，應(yīng)用極為廣泛。

It is an essential connecting piece in the pipeline with a wide range of varieties, specifications and applications. YZG11-6 Surface Thermnoe Iement Connector
溫度計接頭的螺紋有公制與英制兩種，其螺紋的選擇應(yīng)隨溫度計螺紋而定，兩者必須相符。溫度計螺紋有的是定型的，如雙金屬溫度計，絕大多數(shù)情況是M27×2，安裝雙金屬溫度計的接頭螺紋也必須是M27×2。溫度計螺紋特別是電阻體與熱電偶，它們隨安裝場合與溫度而改變其螺紋大小。選擇溫度計接頭時，一定要搞清楚溫度計的螺紋。
溫度計接頭的長度取決于測溫點是否要保溫，不需保溫的測溫點，接頭長度為60～80mm，需要保溫的測溫點，視保溫層厚度決定，一般以露出保溫層30～50mm為宜，接頭長度一般為120～140mm，有時可達(dá)200mm。直型溫度計接頭使用廣泛，設(shè)備上溫度點都采用直型，管道上安裝溫度計視管道的直徑，小直徑(≥∅80mm)可用45°斜型，但必須是測溫元件逆著流向。太小的管道直徑(≤∅80mm)只能用擴(kuò)大管來安裝溫度計。當(dāng)管道≥∅200mm時，才能使用直型連接頭。在條件許可時，安裝在彎頭上的溫度計可減低對管道直徑的要求。

The length of thermometer joint depends on whether the temperature measuring point needs thermal insulation.The length of temperature measuring point without thermal insulation is 60～80mm.The temperature measuring point that needs thermal insulation depends on the thickness of the insulation layer.Generally,it is better to expose the insulation layer for 30～50mm.The length of joint is generally 120～140mm,sometimes up to 200mm.Straight-type thermometer joints are widely used,and the temperature points on the equipment are straight.The thermometer installed on the pipeline can be 45 ° inclined type depending on the diameter of the pipeline,and the small diameter(≥∅80mm) can be used, but the temperature measuring element must be against the flow direction. If the pipe diameter is too small(≤∅80mm), the thermometer can only be installed with expanded pipe. When the pipe is ≥∅ 200mm,the straight connector can be used.When conditions permit,the thermometer installed on the elbow can reduce the requirement on the pipe diameter.
